Cut Hole In Van Floor To Replace Fuel Pump

I have read some that it is possible to cut a hole in the floor under the bed to get access to the pump.
Cut hole in van floor to replace fuel pump. Drilling them before cutting ensures easy alignment when its time to close every up. I recommend inserting a protector over. This is a short video showing just where you need to cut the hole in the floor of your d350 van to change the fuel pump. Do at your own risk.
I also draped some heavy plastic over the top of the tank for reduced fire risks and to prevent metal dust from getting into the the tank when removing the fuel pump module. Once through the floor i was able to remove the floor hatch had to break one or two spot welds on the ali iirc but had to use a reciprocating saw to cut through the strengthening under the floor. I also drilled four small holes for retaining screws before i cut the plate out. What it says replace fuel pump without dropping tank on e150 250 350 van.
