Dropped Tablet On Floor

Screen not cracked but colorful lines on the screen.

Dropped tablet on floor. My tablet fell on the floor like ashley s but mine is showing colored lines and a big black spot in the middle but the difference with mine is that i can still use it but the screen is the only problem.
